At Chez Georges, the atmosphere is warm and familial, and the wine (by the glass) is quite inexpensive. And what's more, there's dancing until 2a! This little wine bar is a perfectly agreeable hybrid that breaks all the rules. Fabulous! Old customers talk and play chess by the counter, and younger night birds have a drink in the cellar. The décor is very nice with its 1930's posters and its old sofas.
