This exhibition at the Musée d'Orsay displays the funny and interesting caricatures made by French painter and lithographer, Honoré Daumier. There are 36 clay busts on display that represent some of the foremost political and social figures of the 1800s. These include ministers, journalists and deputies. The famous busts were used to make lithographs for Charles Philipon's satirical publications, "La Caricature" and "Charivari" between the years 1832 and 1835.
