Tried and tested in all the world's major capitals, this worldwide chain has inevitably opened in Paris too. Cuisine is American, mainly hamburgers, served in surroundings crammed with pieces of rock history, which include Eric Clapton's guitar or The Beatles' original music scores. Checked tablecloths and trendy Texan kitsch give the restaurant a roadhouse feel (only more classy) while rock hits are played around the clock.
