Chef Benoît Guichard, the present owner of this conservative two star French restaurant is the disciple of the famous Joël Robuchon. Known for his creative genius, Benoît Guichard serves a different menu almost everyday. Some of the dishes have Asian inspirations too. The place is known for serving a classic blend of traditional French cuisine and at the same time new and innovative discoveries created by the chef. The ravioli served with langoustines and juniper berry sauce is a classic example of Guichard's creativity.
