This great museum stocks some of the world's most famous artists from various periods. From Claude Monet, to the Impressionists, the Primitives and the First Empire. Previously, a hunting lodge was bought from the owners in 1882 by Jules Marmottan and then later converted into a museum by his son Paul, who's personal collection is on display. Browse through the world's largest Monet collection as well as over 300 paintings from the Impressionist and post-Impressionist periods. For a great souvenir, stop by the gift shop.
