It's impossible to believe but this is the first exhibition that is dedicated to the neo-impressionism movement in France. This exhibition, following the different branches of the movement down to German Expressionism and Italian Futurism, also marks the entry of Fauvism. The exhibition is structured around the innovatory techniques used by the neo-impressionists, the impact throughout Europe, and the influence they have had on art since the beginning of the 20th century. This is a vast and enlightening exhibition giving a universal view of all the facets of this movement and its impact on society.
