The Italian chef and proprietor Paolo Petrini along with French co-proprietor Jean-Pierre Mullatier have managed to create an Italian food paradise in Paris. This place is believed to serve the most sophisticated Tuscan cuisine. The food here is considered to be the best Italian food in Paris. The wine collection here includes some of the best new Italian wine. The cuisine is classical, genuine and refined which is a combination that is rarely found. The Zucchini-and-Ricotta Ravioli, Chianina beef Steak with Herbed Olive Oil, Praline and Pistachio Tiramisu are must haves. Lunch is served here Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday.
