Pierre Gagnaire offers a seasonally changing French menu to its guests. The chef specially combines various spices and flavors to treat your taste buds to some delicious fish and rice preparations. The menu is too long and difficult to comprehend and the wine list is not very impressive. The restaurant is also considered a bit overpriced by a lot of visitors. However, the décor makes up for all that the menu lacks. White table cloths, spotless white dishes and dim lighting add an elegant and sophisticated touch to the restaurant's ambience. No matter what main course you ask for, do not forget to order Chocolate Soufflé for dessert. In spite of some negative reactions from its visitors, the restaurant continues to stay crowded on almost all days.
