Jacques Sechal, former chef of the Tour d'Argent, now runs the restaurant of this Franco-Japanese hotel along the Seine. Try the excellent roasted langoustines with wild mushrooms, or the pan-roasted Erquy sea scallops with boletus mushrooms and for dessert the chocolate-lemon meringue.
