Le Restaurant Kaspia is a 75 year old restaurant that overlooks the Madeleine church. The decor, made up of antique furniture, porcelains and objets d'art, is quite inviting. Once you are in, the sumptuous menu does not let you leave - Smoked Salmon, hundred different Vodkas and of course, the top-notch Russian Caviar. It is also the meeting place of Paris' fashion designers, writers, businessmen and artists.
