This fair is dedicated to epicurean delights, to the arts of food and wine. 350 exhibitors from France, Italy and Spain come here to satisfy the most demanding of gourmets with, amongst others, foie gras (goose liver pâté), caviar, champagne and truffles. Free tasting is available, and you can take home as much as you want. Three restaurants are also open during the fair: an Italian restaurant, an oyster bar and a Basque restaurant.
