Robuchon's disciple, Didier Maillet, lets his menu follow the whim of the seasons, offering, for instance, game during the hunting period. The décor is handsome, the restaurant is quiet and businessmen often come here to escape their otherwise hectic existences. The wine list is excellent: viognier from the Domaine Gramenon: EUR23. Expect to pay EUR29 for a three-course meal.
