This is Paris' most elegant, international, "high society" Chinese restaurant. A luxurious décor, an efficient team and a perfect cuisine -try the peppered shrimp and duck with smoked tea, followed by jellied almond milk for dessert. Excellent wine list provided by Pascal Ross, the French proprietor, and very good French wines. The food sure is a little expensive, but this restaurant is one of the most elegant places of this kind in Paris.
